Good morning everyone.
6:15 a.m. : some bread and cheddar cheese, and a glass of tea, no sugar.
8:45 a.m. : black coffee, no sugar.
8:50 a.m. : Red Gala apple. (i’m in love with these things)
10:50 a.m. : Nutri- Grain Fruit & Nut Bars – Berry & Almond
12:00 p.m. : belVita Golden Bran biscuits. – i need to stop eating!
5:45 p.m. : 1 chicken breast, small salad. 1 diet coke.
8:45 p.m. : Some sea food, water, and a great desert ! – definatley GYM tomorow 😉
*I honestly learned today that i need to stop eating at work when there is not much to do.
