Day 3

Good Morning !

7:30 a.m. : White cheddar cheese sandwich on brown bread. & Tea, no sugar.

8:50 a.m. : Black coffee.

11:30 a.m. : (only a quarter) – of a coffee franpacino.

1:05 p.m. : quarter of a haloum sandwich.

2:00 p.m. : 1 Biscuit.

4:30 p.m. : Minced meat stuff Zucinni’s (Kousa) – Small Salad – Half a diet coke.

8:00 p.m. : Salad and a two slices of bread – Gaucho Grill.

9:15 p.m. : Resistance training at SAS – Chest & Biceps !

    So u didn’t have anything after 2pm?! Isnt that a bit extreme..afterall its not healthy to starve your body..
