Good Morning.
8:00 a.m. : Bread, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, labnha.
11:00 a.m. : Black coffee – Banana muffin top.
1:30 p.m. : Carrot Juice.
5:00 p.m. : Six- K with a twist 😉 – i ran the whole distance alone before people got there and ran going, walked back. Great workout !
7:30 p.m. : Green grapes, 1 banana.
9:30 p.m. : Madness starts ! Burj Al Hamam ! … I went all out. Let’s keep it at that !
Okay..i really dont understand how u can survive with such little food in ur system!! And mashalla u still have the energy to excercise…hoooow??? No offense i just dont get it!!
