7:20 a.m. : Greek Sandwich from Sultan & half a cheddar cheese sandwich. A coupls of potato chips! oh and some Tea 😉 … i know i know i over did it a little but i woke up super super hungry.
9:50 a.m. : Lemon chicken sandwich 😦 i did take one side of the bread off !! i’m on a roll today. Sas i hope your ready for me i’m going to eat the workout machines today!
10:30 a.m. : Red apple.
5:00 p.m. : A Whole freakin’ baked chicken baby ! a salad and two spoon fulls of white steamed rice!
6:00 p.m. : Weight training, back and shoulders. It was intense !
9:00 p.m. : Craziness starts i walked into the house early this morning. I had quiet a bit of calories i must admit. It feels like hell, but i know how to burn it off. 😀
