I’ll make this quick!

Today a good friend told me that he wanted to be honest with me and began to tell how i’ve gained weight in the past few weeks. I applaude him for doing that, we sometimes need people to be honest with us because sometimes we tend to forget about ourselves and we let go. I have let go of myself recently, gained a few i must admit. Focused alot on weight lifting and not much on cardio. Today is day 1 for me, i’ll go back to running much more and eating alot healthier. Please all be honest to each other, and don’t get hurt if your friend comes up to you and is honest .. trust me it’s a good thing !

    I usually combine both cardio and weight-lifting in my schedule. I usually go for a run for 6 days a week while weight-lifting 4 times a week (to give a time for my muscles to recover). Some people are comfortable to start their day with weight-lifting and then cardio, others are vice versa. I belong to the latter group.
