    Well, we can do it before fotor at 4 to give us time to go back home, shower, rest and then have fotor. In this case we burn the existing fat.
    Also, we can do it after the prayers around 8:30 to burn what we just ate.

    This could be the best chance to burn the stubborn fat and loose weight.

  16. walking before the fatoor its much more ideal, but walking after a meal will boost your energy and make you loose some weight
    so either or will be fine with me
