Recently I have been on this life craze, I don’t know how to describe it or define it but it’s plain simplicity I have been eating like never before. It all started when I hurt my shoulder and quit going to the gym, then this annoying weather came in and running was not an option mix that with basically nothing socially exciting to do here besides the “let’s do dinner” slogan you hear from your friends daily = Jasem at 92 Kilos.
Yes it’s true, I finally got weighed after years of not, and relying on my jeans scale I am at a astonishing 92 Kilos and i’m pissed off!
Yesterday I started my quest, this is my goal to loose as much weight as I can before my 27th birthday (March 14) and toning up (lifting weights) so I enjoy the same confidence that I did when I was in better form before. It’s amazing how easy it is to let go, but trust me once you’ve gotten to learn how your body functions and how you will overcome your problems you can always fix whatever that needs fixing.

50 Minutes of running burned 700 calories.
